Application Process
Since its 2011 grant cycle, the Foundation has used an online application process for all proposal submissions.
We encourage applicants to contact either Judy Owens, Appalachian Director, or Linda Tracy, Western Director, with any questions about the process. We also encourage applicants to download the respective application or letter of inquiry worksheets to review the types of questions that will be asked on the online application form and to understand the space available for applicant responses.
All online grant applications for the Appalachian Kentucky Grant Program must be submitted by or on March 1 of each year. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for funding consideration.
See the Idaho and Montana Grant Program page for details about its online letter of inquiry process.
