The Steele-Reese Foundation supports projects in the following areas that affect people in rural areas in Idaho, Montana, and Appalachian Kentucky: education; health; human/social services; the arts and humanities; and land, water, wildlife, and historic conservation/preservation. Applications from organizations operating outside of these regional or programming areas are not eligible for funding consideration.
